Permanent Representative of United Kingdom Speaks to Press Concerning Security Council Consultations on Iraq

Jeremy Greenstock, Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the UN, speaks to the press outside Security Council chambers following consultations, about the draft resolution introduced by the United States, United Kingdom and Spain on lifting economic sanctions against Iraq and calling for the Security Council to endorse American and British control of Iraq's political development and financial resources for at least 12 months.
