Mexico Signs Amendment to Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on Use of Certain Conventional Weapons

Mexico signed the the "Amendment to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be Deemed Excessively Injurious or to have Indiscriminate Effects" at UN Headquarters today. At right is Palitha T.B. Kohona, Chief of the Treaty Section.
