"Our Past, Our Future" World Heritage Photo Exhibition Opens at UN Headquarters

As part of the thirtieth anniversary celebration of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Convention, an exhibition, entitled ""World Heritage: Our Past, Our Future"", of large scale, colour photographs of UNESCO World Heritage sites opened today in the Visitors' Lobby at UN Headquarters.
Shashi Tharoor, Under-Secretary-General for Communications and Public Information, as Master of Ceremonies, speaking at today's exhibit opening.
