Meeting on Role of Civil Society in Conflict Prevention Calls for Coordination among Governments, Non-Governmental Organizations, United Nations Bodies

An open meeting this morning on the role of civil society in preventing armed conflict explored the future role of civil society in that process, including it's growing potential for informing the timing and nature of international intervention, given it's dynamic, daily experience on the ground.
