The Security Council held a ministerial meeting this morning on ""Justice and the Rule of Law: The United Nations Role.""
Jack Straw, Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom, and whose country holds the Council Presidency for the month of September, addresses the Council this morning.
