Republic of Estonia Signs Optional Protocols

Arnold Ruutel (seated), President of the Republic of Estonia, signs the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict, 2000, and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, 2000.
