Signing Ceremony: Minister for Foreign Affairs of Papua New Guinea

Rabbie L. Namaliu (second from right), Minister for Foreign Affairs of Papua New Guinea, signed the following Conventions today: International Convention Against the Taking of Hostages; Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Internationally Protected Persons, Including Diplomatic Agents; International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings; International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism. Standing far right is Palitha T.B. Kohona, Chief, Treaty Section.
