Signing Ceremony: Minister for Foreign Affairs of Croatia

Tonino Picula (seated), Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia signs the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the International Criminal Court; Optional Protocol to the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, 2002, and International Convention Against the Taking of Hostages, 1979. Standing second nom right is Hans Corell, Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and Legal Counsel, and standing far right is Palitha T.B. Kohona, Chief, Treaty Section.
