General Assembly Adopts $3.16 Billion 2004-2005 Budget and Concludes Main Part of 58th Session

Acting on the recommendations of its Fifth Committee (Administrative and Budgetary), the General Assembly this evening adopted the programme budget for 2004 - 2005 of $3.16 billion.
