Security Council Meets to Discuss Assassination of Hamas Leader

The Security Council held an open meeting today on the Middle East. Most of the 41 speakers condemned Israel's assassination of Hamas leader Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, and debated the ramifications for peace in the region, with many calling for an unequivocal condemnation of the act by the Security Council.
