Observance of International Day of Reflection on 1994 Genocide in Rwanda

The General Assembly met this morning to mark the tenth anniversary of the genocide in Rwanda. Top United Nations officials marked the tragic 1994 events with gatherings in New York, as well as in the Rwandan capital, Kigali, and in Geneva.
