Anna Tibaijuka, Executive Director of the United Nations Centre for Human Settlements (HABITAT) briefs correspondents in advance of next week's special session of the General Assembly on implementation of ""Habitat Agenda"" which emerged from the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (Istanbul, 1996). The special session is to be held at Headquarters from 6 to 8 June.
