Security Council Extends Mandate of MINURSO

The Security Council votes to extend the mandate of the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO) until 31 October 2018. The vote on the resolution was 12 in favour, with 3 abstentions (China, Ethiopia, Russian Federation).
