MINUSMA Investigates Human Rights Violations in Menaka Region

A Human Rights Officer serving with the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) interviews a displaced witness in Menaka. A delegation led by Human Rights Officers travelled to the region in northern Mali to investigate recent armed attacks in the settlements of Aklaz and Awakassa, in which at least 47 people were killed.
