MINUSMA Investigates Human Rights Violations in Menaka Region

A MINUSMA helicopter arrives in Anderamboukane, 90 kilometres east of Menaka, to retrieve Human Rights and Civil Affairs officers. The delegation travelled to the region in northern Mali to investigate recent armed attacks in the settlements of Aklaz and Awakassa, in which at least 47 people were killed.
