Release of Former Child Soldiers in South Sudan

210 child soldiers were released through a Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) program in the town of Pibor, South Sudan. The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), UNICEF and the South Sudan National DDR Committee partnered together to achieve the release.
