Secretary-General António Guterres (at podium) speaks during the wreath-laying ceremony to honour peacekeepers killed in the line of duty while serving with the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA). The ceremony took place at a MINUSMA Operational Base in Bamako.
