Secretary-General António Guterres Records Video Message on Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Secretary-General António Guterres (left) speaks on camera with Jillian Mercado, a civil society representative to the eleventh session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The two recorded a video message in advance of the upcoming Conference (to be convened 12 June) and discussed the issue of women and girls with disabilities.
