Security Council Meets on Countering Terrorism and Extremism in Africa

Zhang Jun, Permanent Representative of the People's Republic of China to the United Nations and President of the Security Council for the month of March, chairs the Security Council meeting on peace and security in Africa, with a focus on countering terrorism and extremism in Africa. At right is Rosemary DiCarlo, Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs.
