Foreign and Local Journalists Join MONUSCO Force Intervention Brigade Patrol

Local and International media join a patrol of the Force Intervention Brigade from Malawi serving with the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) to the area of Kilia near Beni. They had the opportunity to interact with chiefs and members of the population and also spent time at the company operating base in Kilia. These press trips are frequently organized by MONUSCO to enable the dissemination of information to the population about the efforts of MONUSCO in the area.
