MONUSCO Engineering Unit Engaged in Construction Projects in Beni

The Indonesian Engineering Unit serving with the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) is working on several construction and rehabilitation projects in the Mission as well as support projects for the local population and Congolese security agencies. The projects vary from constructing accommodation and office facilities for various sectors of the Mission to improving the Kididiwe Road which is strategic for transportation of troops and logistics in the fight against armed groups.
