UNFICYP Peacekeepers Monitors the Buffer Zone

Peacekeepers serving with the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) patrol the buffer zone in Cyprus.

An increase in female peacekeepers have made a positive impact on peacekeeping environments, including in supporting the role of women in building peace and protecting women's rights.
