UN Peace Bell Ceremony on 40th Anniversary of International Day of Peace

Kimihiro Ishikane (left), Permanent Representative of Japan to the United Nations, and Takase Seiko, daughter of Chiyoji Nakagawa, who proposed to build the Peace Bell, attend the United Nations Peace Bell Ceremony on the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of the International Day of Peace.
