Security Council Meets on Small Arms

Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mexico and President of the Security Council for the month of November, chairs the Security Council meeting on small arms and the impact of the diversion and trafficking of arms on peace and security.
