Former President of Chile Appointed as UN Human Rights Chief

Secretary-General António Guterres briefs correspondents on the appointment of Michelle Bachelet as United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. Ms. Bachelet has twice been President of Chile and was the founding Executive Director of the UN Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women).
