Security Council Meets on Situation in Great Lakes Region

Zephyrin Maniratanga, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Burundi to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Great Lakes region. The Council heard a report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Region.
