Security Council Meets on Situation in Great Lakes Region

Georges Nzongola-Ntalaja, Permanent Representative of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Great Lakes region. The Council heard a report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Region.
