General Assembly Holds Debate on Sustainable and Resilient Tourism

Abdulla Shahid, President of the seventy-sixth session of the United Nations General Assembly, addresses the General Assembly high-level thematic debate on "Putting sustainable and resilient tourism at the heart of an inclusive recovery". This event provides opportunity for Member States and other stakeholders to discuss strategies, share best practices and experiences in the tourism industry through three high-level thematic roundtables on inclusion, climate friendly transformations and sustainable investments to stimulate the sector post COVID-19.
