Secretary-General António Guterres presents the report on the implementation of the Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review (QCPR) and vision for the continuation of UN reform and the implementation of the 2020 QCPR in times of crisis, during the Economic and Social Council meeting on operational activities of the United Nations for international development cooperation.
