Georges Nzongola-Ntalaja, Permanent Representative of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Council heard a report on the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
