Eliot Minchenberg, Director of Office and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Representative to the United Nations in New York, addresses the high-level forum on the Culture of Peace. The forum is held on the theme "Importance of justice, equality and inclusion for advancing peacebuilding".
