The "UN General Assembly (UNGA) Platform of Women Leaders" is a special initiative of the President of the General Assembly and UN-Women that invites all current women Heads of State and Government to discuss priority issues on the international community's agenda and identify solutions to today's complex and interlinked challenges. The meeting is co-organized by the Office of the President of the General Assembly and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN-Women).
