Security Council Meets on Cooperation between UN and African Union in Maintaining International Peace and Security

Michaël Moussa Adamo (second from below), Minister for Foreign Affairs of Gabon and President of the Security Council for the month of October, chairs the Security Council meeting on cooperation between the United Nations and regional and subregional organizations in maintaining international peace and security. The meeting focused on cooperation with African Union and on strengthening the partnership between the United Nations and the African Union on issues of peace and security in Africa, including the work of the United Nations Office to the African Union.
