Harold Adlai Agyeman (second from right), President of the Security Council for the month of November and Permanent Representative of Ghana to the United Nations, addresses the special meeting in observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. The meeting is organized by the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People.
