21 January 2023

Secretary-General António Guterres (right) briefs reporters together with José Ulisses Correia e Silva, Prime Minister of the Republic of Cabo Verde after their meeting in Cabo Verde. "Cabo Verde is on the frontlines of the existential climate crisis. I am deeply frustrated that global leaders are not giving this life-or-death emergency the action and investment it requires.
