Secretary-General António Guterres (center) delivers remarks at the High-level event entitled "A decade of UN Action to support LDCs" with Principals of the UN System. The event is part of the Fifth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC5) taking place in Doha, Qatar from 5 to 9 March, 2023.
