Zacharie Serge Raoul Nyanid, Minister Plenipotentiary of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Cameroon to the United Nations, addresses the commemorative General Assembly meeting to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on the theme: "The urgency of combating racism and racial discrimination 75 years after the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights".
