Opening of 22nd Session of Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues

Debra Haaland (at podium), United States Secretary of the Interior, addresses the opening of the 22nd Session of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues. The theme of the 22nd session is "Indigenous Peoples, human health, planetary and territorial health and climate change: a rights-based approach".
