General Assembly Meets on Protracted Conflicts in GUAM Area

David Bakradze, Permanent Representative of Georgia to the United Nations, introduces the draft resolution on the Status of internally displaced persons and refugees from Abkhazia, Georgia, and the Tskhinvali region/South Ossetia, Georgia, during the General Assembly meeting on protracted conflicts in the GUAM area and their implications for international peace, security and development.
The resolution was later adopted.
