Event to Mark International Day on Countering Hate Speech

Alice Nderitu (centre), UN Special Adviser on Genocide, addresses the high-level event to mark the 2nd International Day on Countering Hate Speech on theme "It begins with words and each of us: Effective action to counter hate speech".
