General Assembly Commemorates 20th Anniversary of Adoption of Durban Declaration and Programme of Action

Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, President of the Democratic Republic
of the Congo and Chairperson of the African Union, addresses, on behalf of Group of African States, the General Assembly high-level meeting to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action. The themes of the meeting are Reparations, racial justice and equality for people of African descent.
