Security Council Meets on Non-proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction

Thomas Byrne, Minister of State for European Affairs of Ireland and President of the Security Council for the month of September, chairs the Security Council meeting on Non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.
