High-level Event on Jobs and Social Protection for Poverty Eradication

The Secretary-General, together with the International Labour Organization under the aegis of the Financing for Development in the Era of COVID-19 and Beyond Initiative (FfDI), convene a meeting of Heads of State and Government to identify concrete actions and recommendations to initiate a cycle of job-rich growth and expand social protection systems to facilitate a just transition and eradicate poverty, creating co-benefits for people and planet in the process.
