Omar Hilale, Permanent Representative of Morocco to the United Nations, co-chairs roundtable 4 of the General Assembly International Migration Review Forum. The Forum is an intergovernmental global platform for Member States to assess and deliberate on implementation of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration.
