Storyline

Syrian refugee Ibrahim started running when he was ten. After fleeing violence from his country, he continued racing in Lebanon at the highest level, and has come third in the 2018 Beirut Marathon.

He was a Syrian national champion in obstacle racings in Syria.

In 2014, Ibrahim was forced to flee to Lebanon with his wife and young daughter Omama after violence broke out in their hometown of Deir Ezzor.

But Ibrahim continued racing in Lebanon at the highest level, and has come third in the 2018 Beirut Marathon.
