A representative from the Russian Federation warned about “the possibility of creation of dirty bomb in Ukraine by Ukrainian authorities.”

Talking with journalists today (25 Oct), Dmitry Polyanskiy, First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, said, “we had just asked for an AOB (Any Other Business)” to bring the issue to the U.N. Security Council.

Dmitry Polyanskiy, First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, also said, “Ukraine has the capacity. Ukraine has all the reasons to do so because we know that Zelenskyy’s regime wants to avoid, first of all, defeat.
