Addressing the General Assembly today (25 Sep), Emmanuel Macron said, “The fate of Ukraine is closely tied to peace and security in Europe and around the world. Who will still believe they are protected from their stronger neighbors—the more violent and the greedier—if we allow Russia to take what it wants as if nothing happened? Nobody.
