Humanitarian organizations are already on the ground providing psychological and legal services, food and drinks and other vital support for the affected population. Once again, civilians are facing the devastating consequences of this war. They are not a target.”

Kyiv endured another night of persistent drone and missile strikes — the second major attack in ten days — hitting the city’s 3 million residents.

Over two dozen civilians were reported injured, including many hospitalized with blast and burn wounds.

Fires broke out in homes and medical facilities. Humanitarian partners are on the ground, supporting first responders and providing urgent aid.

Civilians and civilian infrastructure are protected under international humanitarian law.
