“This college matters and that is why the United Kingdom is supporting this National Police college so that it has the contribution towards that successful police service that the country needs. Today we are opening a library as the DIGP (Deputy Inspector General of Police) has said, this is important because a library is a repository of knowledge. It is an asset for the student and for the faculty of this collage. The library that we open today is a seed that will grow and over the years and over the generation will be a significant contribution to the success of this country and am very pleased about that.”
