Opening Session of the High-level Latin America Regional Review of the Vienna Programme of Action for the Landlocked Developing Countries for the Decade 2014–2024
The Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) is scheduled to take place in Kigali from June 22-26, 2024. The conference will conduct a comprehensive review of the Vienna Programme of Action for LLDCs (2014-2024) and establish a new program of action for LLDCs to address challenges faced by LLDCs, foster international support and create a renewed framework for cooperation.
